How Much Will I Receive In Wage Loss Compensation?

The amount of lost wage compensation you are entitled to depend upon a number of factors, including the degree of disability and the amount of time you are out of work, together with the computation of your average weekly wage.

If you are totally disabled on a temporary basis, you may receive up to 60 percent of your average weekly wage for a maximum of three years.

If your injury leaves you permanently partially disabled, you may obtain up to 60 percent of the difference between what you can earn now and what you earned prior to the injury.

If you are permanently and totally disabled, you may receive up to two-thirds of what your average weekly wage was.

If your injury leaves you disabled for at least 12 months, you may also qualify for Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits. As a full-service injury and disability law firm, we can help you explore all potential avenues of compensation.
